PURPOSE: A product and service recommending method based on the self expression of digital communication tool is provided to recommend a product and a service suitable for an inferred state by inferring the current state of a user. CONSTITUTION: Characteristic values are classified by modeling the state of a user(S1). A keyword stored in FTR database is extracted from the self-expression(S2). The product and the service are classified after selecting a particular domain(S3). The recommendation product and the recommendation service are matched according to an analysis result(S4).
