PURPOSE: A device for measuring ground displacement is provided to monitor the pressure change of a measurement target area in real time by moving displacement measuring blocks. ;CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring ground displacement comprises a displacement measurement pipe(100) and a displacement measurement block(200). A guide groove(110) is formed on underground in two more directions. A plurality of rollers(210) is mounted on the external diameter circumference without the contact with the guide groove.
