PURPOSE: A wireless remote monitoring terminal is provided to control a control target device which is in remote side by transmitting a text by using a wireless terminal of a user. CONSTITUTION: A wireless transceiver(150) transmits and receives character information through a wireless terminal and a wireless network of an authorized user. A controller(130) controls a control object device corresponding to control characteristic information which the characteristic information received from the wireless transceiver is registered through a control channel unit.
