PURPOSE: A recycling system of vehicle energy is provided to enable deceleration energy or inertial energy to be collected to the maximum and to be again supplied. CONSTITUTION: A recycling system of vehicle energy is as follows. An energy collecting/generating unit operates and is charged by affecting a multi-functional clutch at the first stage of a brake. The first stage of the brake works with the charging of generating power. At the first stage of the brake, a mission clutch is disconnected and an engine control device is controlled. At the end of the first stage of the brake, the engine stops. The brake has a first stage, the end of the first stage, and a second stage. The second stage of the brake works from deceleration to stops.
