BENDING DEVICE FOR A TUBE, CAPABLE OF ENHANCING WORKING EFFICIENCY BY REMOVING OF THE NEED FOR A SEPARATE SELECTING OPERATION

PURPOSE: A bending device for a tube is provided to enhance working efficiency since a separate selecting operation for checking whether wrinkles are formed on the curved area of the tube is not needed. ;CONSTITUTION: A bending device for a tube comprises a support(200), a mandrel unit(300), a driving unit(400), a sensor unit(500) and a control unit(600). The support supports the tube and comprises a pressure unit(210) for bending the tube. The mandrel unit is inserted into the inner space of the tube and restricts the deformation of the inner circumferential surface on the curved area of the tube in bending of the tube. The driving unit makes the mandrel unit reciprocate using a driving cylinder, which is installed on one side of the support. The sensor unit is installed between the mandrel unit and the driving unit and senses the irregular operation of the mandrel unit. The control unit is connected to the sensor unit to determine the occurrence of wrinkles on the curved area.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
