PURPOSE: A method for mixing and storing solid catalyst material within the tube structure is provided to move the solid material through the machine and to form vibrator for controlling the speed of mixing. ;CONSTITUTION: The method located in the tube of shell and tube reactor includes the steps of: confirming the packing schedule; manufacturing one or more different batches by using the associated weight system; collecting more than one of the batch of the solid material in a plurality of containers; arranging the packing schedule within the tube of shell and tube reactor. The packing schedule is a list which enumerates kinds and amount of the necessary solid material in forming the different batch of the solid material which forms the desired domain. A plurality of containers includes one or more solid materials to the equal balance and rate. Amount is decided based on the packing schedule.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
