MULTI-CHANNEL SIGNAL ACQUISITION APPARATUS AND METHOD WITH HIGH RELIABILITY

PURPOSE: A multi-channel signal obtaining device with high reliability and method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs and weight by eliminating an additional amplifier for each channel. CONSTITUTION: A multiplexer(11) selects one among a plurality of electrical signals. Three programmable amplifiers(31-1,31-2,31-3) are connected to the multiplexer in parallel. The amplifiers can adjust a gain rate in real time. Three AD converters(32-1,32-3,32-3) convert each amplified signal of the amplifiers into a digital signal. A controller(13) compares output values of the AD converters. The controller controls the multiplexer, the amplifiers, and the AD converters.
