PURPOSE: A black box and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent damage of recorded data of a driving record device, an accident record device, and a video device embedded in a black box in spite of high temperature, sinking, or impact. ;CONSTITUTION: A black box comprises a housing, a driving record device, an accident record device, and a video storage device. The driving record device is formed inside the housing which is formed in a sealed type by bonding two or more frame members(110,120) using an inorganic sealing material(150) having a similar thermal expansion coefficient. The inorganic sealing material includes glass composition and ceramic filler. The kind and content of the ceramic filler are regulated according to the material of the frame members so that the thermal expansion coefficient is equal or similar to that of the frame members.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
