PURPOSE: A ventilating device is provided to attenuate noise at the time of operating a fan by a motor since a noise reducer is installed. ;CONSTITUTION: A ventilating device comprises a body(110), a noise reducer(120) and a sound generating unit. The body comprises a space for holding a fan and a path for connecting an indoor space to an outdoor space is formed in the space. The noise reducer is inserted into the inner surface of an opening facing the outside of the body to attenuate mechanical or electrical noise factors by a motor for driving the fan. The sound generating unit is installed on the given position of the body to generate sound and cancels remaining noise, which is not attenuated by the noise reducer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
