摘要

PURPOSE: A defect detection device of strand is provided to install a pair of transmitting/receiving purpose magnetostrictive sensors in one end of the strand exposed to the outside in which the access is easy, and to inspect the deformity of the strand inside easily by detecting the signal reflected to the conduction ultrasonic wave through these magnetostrictive sensors inside strand with generation and deformity. ;CONSTITUTION: The defect detection device of strand includes: a transmission magnetostriction sensor(30a); a reception magnetostriction sensor(30b); a tone burst generator(40a); a amplifier(40b); and a personal computer(PC). The transmission magnetostrictive sensor is respectively installed in one end of the strand(10) expanded from the strand anchorage(20).The transmission magnetostrictive sensor occurs the conduction ultrasonic wave inside of the strand. The reception magnetostrictive sensor receives a signal reflected to the deformity of the strand anchorage inside. The signal is generated by the conduction ultrasonic wave. The tone-burst generator sanctions the tone burst in the transmission magnetostrictive sensor. The amplifier amplifies the signal received with the receiving magnetostrictive sensor.
