PURPOSE: A security reinforcing system of a virtual telephone number service, method thereof, and apparatus applied to the same are provided to execute call connection with a real telephone number that is matched with a virtual telephone number. CONSTITUTION: A service providing server(300) receives a virtual telephone number and a calling telephone number through calling call exchange. The service providing server extracts a caller list from database. The service providing server controls the call connection to the real telephone number through the calling telephone number. A receiving switch(400) executes a receiving call exchange.
