PURPOSE: A motion estimation method through an asynchronous variable motion estimating range is provided to expand a search range to an MVP(Motion Vector Predictor) direction during the use of an asynchronous search range.;CONSTITUTION: A search range is set up as an asynchronous type according to moving a search range into a motion vector predictor direction(S100).
