PURPOSE: An open ID authentication process apparatus without inputting login information of an open ID for the authentication of an open ID is provided to use intrinsic identification information of a user terminal in order to authenticate the open ID. ;CONSTITUTION: An intrinsic identification information receiving unit(131) receives intrinsic identification information which is granted to a user terminal. An open ID extracting unit(132) extracts an open ID corresponding to the received identification information. An authentication processing unit(133) generates an authentication session key of the user terminal through the extracted open identification.
