PURPOSE: Health underwear for male users including a scrotum receiving groove is provided to prevent the separation of the scrotum of the users from the inside of the scrotum receiving groove. ;CONSTITUTION: Health underwear for male users comprises the following: a first inner liner(120) including plural vent holes, attached to the inside of the underwear; a second inner liner(130) formed in the inside of the first inner liner; a scrotum receiving groove(121) for surrounding the scrotum of the users, formed on the lower side of the first inner liner; a sewing unit(122) attaching the upper side and the lower side of the first inner liner to the inner surface of the underwear; a cut-out unit(140) formed on the upper side of the first inner liner; and a circular hole(150) formed on the center of the second inner liner for inserting the phallus.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
