PURPOSE: An oil contaminated region restoring and biomass utilizing method using plants, and bio-fuel produced by thereof are provided to secure the excellent oil decomposition force, and to effectively purify the oil contaminated region. CONSTITUTION: An oil contaminated region restoring and biomass utilizing method using plants comprises the following steps: planting one kind of tree selected from the group consisting of tomentiglandulosa, catalpa ovata g. don, and cacumen biotae on the oil contaminated region for decomposing oil; and planting one kind of plant selected from the group consisting of lolium perenne, festuca arundinacea schreb, and alfalfa among the tree planted on the oil contaminated region.
