摘要

PURPOSE: A method and system for predicting, evaluating, and controlling chemical cleaning of membrane process are provided to predict the time for cleaning of membrane process in early stages by determining the GA/P model based on the water quality factor and process factor. CONSTITUTION: A data collector(110) collects water quality factors of the inflow water and membrane filtering factors and builds a database. A Genetic Algorithm/Programming (GA/P) model determiner(120) calculates and determines the GA/P model using the water quality factors and the membrane filtering factors as an model input variable. A controller(130) predicts an irreversible membrane filtering resistance and a membrane fouling index through the GA/P model, evaluates the remaining filtering days and controls the supply of chemistry cleaning agent.
