PURPOSE: A device and method for receiving the signal of millimeter waveband are provided to prevent the disconnection of power transmission through multipath. ;CONSTITUTION: A control unit(220) includes a selection processing unit(221), a connection setting unit(222), and a blockage determining unit(223). The selection processing unit checks the receiving level of millimeter wave band signal. The selection processing unit selects a switching route according to the checked receiving level. The connection setting unit sets up the communication connection to the selected switching route.
