摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cold cathode fluorescent lamp is provided to uniformly forming a cesium compound layer on a surface of the electrode cup by evaporating the cesium compound on surface of the electrode cup. ;CONSTITUTION: An electrode cup of an electrode is loaded in a processing chamber(S100). The processing chamber is vacuumed and heated to a set temperature(S200). A cesium compound layer is evaporated on the surface of the electrode cup(S300). The electrode cup with the cesium compound evaporated is brought out from the processing chamber and is dehumidified(S400).
