PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cold cathode fluorescent lamp is provided to uniformly forming a cesium compound layer on a surface of the electrode cup by evaporating the cesium compound on surface of the electrode cup. ;CONSTITUTION: An electrode cup of an electrode is loaded in a processing chamber(S100). The processing chamber is vacuumed and heated to a set temperature(S200). A cesium compound layer is evaporated on the surface of the electrode cup(S300). The electrode cup with the cesium compound evaporated is brought out from the processing chamber and is dehumidified(S400). The dehumidified electrode cup is inserted into a glass tube(S500).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
