PURPOSE: A light guide plate pattern forming device is provided to reduce a cost for manufacturing molds and to produce various pattern samples in a short time by embodying various types of pattern via one device. ;CONSTITUTION: A holder(200) is installed movably in a horizontal or vertical direction at an upper side of a light guide plate. A shaft(300) mounts on a lower part of the holder. A roller(400) rotates together with the shaft while being coupled to the shaft, and forms an uneven part for forming a pattern by pressing an upper side of the light guide plate. A key recess is extended along a longitudinal direction on a circumferential side of the shaft. The key, to be inserted into the key recess, is formed at a circular cutter.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
