PURPOSE: An electro-photographic toner and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent anti-offset property, charging stability, low temperature fixation property, storage stability, and polishing ability. ;CONSTITUTION: An electro-photographic toner contains a binder including a crystalline polyester resin and a non crystalline polyester resin, a coloring agent, and a releasing agent. The releasing agent contains paraffin based wax and ester based wax.
