PURPOSE: A self power generating apparatus for underground facilities managing system is provided to reduce time and cost required for exchanging a battery by being implemented without the additional supply of power. ;CONSTITUTION: A controlling chamber(110) is composed of a managing system(200), a communicating unit(111), and a server(112). The managing system is installed on the ground. The server is in connection with the communicating unit. The managing system is composed of a sensor part(210), a central processing part(220), a memory part(230), and a communicating part(240). The sensor part detects data of underground facilities. The central processing part operates and controls the data from the sensor part. The memory part is in connection with the central processing part and is operated. The communicating part transmits and receives data from the central processing part.
