METHOD FOR SMOOTHLY OFFERING A CS-BASED CONVERSATION SERVICE TO A MULTIBAND MULTIMODE TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing a CS(Circuit Switching) service to a multiband multimode terminal connected to a Wibro system in a heterogeneous communication environment are provided to switch the connection of the multiband multimode terminal from the Wibro system to a UMTS in case a voice call based on CS is received to the multiband multimode terminal connected to the Wibro system. ;CONSTITUTION: A UMTS(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) transmits a paging message to a Wibro(Wireless broadband) system(S311). The WiBro system changes the subscriber identification information of the UMTS within the paging message into the subscriber identification information of the WiBro system. The WiBro system includes a fallback identification code in the changed paging message. The WiBro system transmits the paging message to a multiband multimode terminal(S317).
