PURPOSE: A base station for the service continuity in the broadcast zone change, and a terminal thereof, and a providing method are provided to add the broadcast area information of the neighbor cell onto the system information block used in the hand over process without performing the separate procedure. ;CONSTITUTION: A system information generator(412) creates the system information block including the information of the broadcast area serving the broadcast service to the neighbor cells of the serving cells in which the mobile terminals is located. A base station communications part(410) transmits the system information block to the mobile terminal. The information of the broadcast area included in the system information block comprises a service transmission mode supported in the broadcast area of the neighbor cell, an identifying information of the broadcast area of the neighbor cell, and a configuration information of the logical channel transmitting contents.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
