PURPOSE: An optical module is provided to minimize a change of transmissivity/reflection property by arranging a beam splitter at 45 degrees with respect to a laser optical axis. ;CONSTITUTION: An optical module includes a beam splitter. The beam splitter has an inclination angle with respect to an optical axis of a transmission laser ray or a receiving laser ray. A reflecting surface of the beam splitter is formed by successively laminating a substrate(100), a metallic foil(200) and a dielectric material thin film layer(300).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
