PURPOSE: A rack bar supporting device of a steering system is provided to reduce rattle noise and impact allophone effectively by supporting a rack bar dually with two elastic bodies having different elastic coefficients, to cut down the cost of a vehicle by reducing the number of components, and to cut down the cost of a process by manufacturing easily. ;CONSTITUTION: A rack bar supporting device of a steering system comprises: a yoke(12) engaged and contacted with a hemispherical projection(11a), which is formed on the bottom of a rack bar(11) built in a steering gear box to move horizontally with rotary power of a pinion gear, to support the rack bar; a yoke damper(13) inserted to the outer circumference of the yoke to absorb and to reduce the radial and axial impact transferred through the yoke; a bearing spring(14) installed to have one end contact to the yoke to support the yoke elastically; and a plug(15) preventing the separation of the bearing spring and the yoke and fixing setting load.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
