MODIFIED SPINNERET FOR HOLLOW SEPARATE TYPE COMPOSITE FIBER, COMPOSITE FIBER MANUFACTURED BY USING THE SPINNERET AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE COMPOSITE FIBER

PURPOSE: A spinneret for the hollow splittable composite fiber, a composite fiber using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have a cross-sectional configuration allowing the fiber cross section having circular hollow cross section, and to offer a spinneret with excellent spinning workability. The composite fiber and the manufacturing thereof are provided to offer a fiber surface without defects and to offer exfoliaton division effects and soft touch. CONSTITUTION: In the spinneret for the hollow splittable composite fiber, slits are arranged with a fixed interval as 1 to 8 to the columnar direction of the circularity transverse section. The spinneret for the hollow splittable composite fiber satisfies a range of a cavity rate (%) of confinement hole(1) and an area rate (%) of the confinement hole(2). In the formula "50=(r/R) 100=80" and "30=(r2/R2) 100 =70", r is a radius of the inside circle of hole(cm) and R is a radius of the outside circle of hole(cm).
