摘要

PURPOSE: Thermal-spray coating material and method of an annealing roll used for annealing a high-Mn cold-rolled steel sheet are provided to prevent reaction to manganese oxide and ensure heat resistance within a temperature range of 600-1100°C, using titanium compound. ;CONSTITUTION: Thermal-spray coating material of an annealing roll comprises titanium compound and metallic binder. The annealing roll is used for annealing the high-Mn cold-rolled steel sheet. The metallic binder comprises 45-60 weight% of Co, 8-15 weight% of Ni, 16-30 weight% of Cr, 3-10 weight% of Al and 0.3-1.5 weight% of Y. The metallic binder has 5-35vol% of the titanium compound. The titanium compound is selected from a group consisting of titanium oxide, titanium carbide, titanium nitride and titanium boride.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
