PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing samples for measuring diffusible hydrogen of weld metal is provided to automatically perform a sample manufacturing process to produce samples within a manufacturing time in technical specification. ;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing samples for measuring diffusible hydrogen of weld metal includes a sample feed portion(200), a welding unit, a cooling part, a slag-removal section, an end tab removal unit, a particle eliminating part, a cartridge(210), and a feeding means. The sample feed portion, welding unit, cooling part, slag-removal section, end tab removal unit, and particle eliminating part are sequentially arranged along a rail. The sample feed portion is installed on the side of the rail in the vertical direction. The internal space of the cartridge is divided and a plurality of samples are laminated in the divided sections. The feeding means is installed on the side of the cartridge. The feeding means supplies lowest samples from among the samples laminated in the cartridge to the rail.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
