PURPOSE: An LED assembly with a ball-joint supporting structure for reducing a manufacturing cost and an LED apparatus with a removable assembly block and an assembly structure using thereof are provided to minimize glare reducing the amount of reflected light to the road in raining by randomly allocating the illumination location of each light source. CONSTITUTION: An LED package(210) comprises the LED chip inside. A movable support(230) mounts the LED package in the upper side. The movable support has a ball-shaped connection part(231) on the lower side. A fixed supporting part(250) supports the ball-shaped connection part of the movable support to be moved. The angle of the movable support is controlled and an orientation angle of the light radiated from an LED chip is instituted.
