POLYCARBONATE RESIN COMPOSITION WITH DEEP BLACK COLOR, GOOD IMPACT RESISTANCE, SCRATCH RESISTANCE AND FLAME RETARDANCY

PURPOSE: A polycarbonate resin composition is provided to ensure excellent scratch resistance, fluidity and processability while exhibiting excellent fluidity and flame retardancy, and to enable the application to a housing of electric and electronic products or automobile interior and exteriors. ;CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate resin composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a base resin and 1~50 parts by weight of flame retardants. The base resin includes (A) 65~99 weight% of a polycarbonate resin, (B) 0.5~35 weight% of a (meth)acrylic acid ester-based polymer having an average particle diameter of 5,000~35,000 g/mol, and (C) 0.5~30 weight% of an impact reinforcement having an average particle diameter of 0.1~0.3 micron. The (meth)acrylic acid ester-based polymer is prepared by copolymerizing 80~99 weight% of C1-C4 methacrylic acid alkylester monomers and 1~20 weight% of radically polymerizable monomers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
