METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF NON-TOXIC RECYCLABLE FIRE RETARDANT PUTTY WITH ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY PROPERTIES

PURPOSE: An uncurable non-toxic recyclable fire-retardant putty is provided to enable reconstruction since the putty is not cured, to prevent the propagation of flames and the combustion of the protective film, and to reduce the generation of smoke and toxic gas. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a non-toxic recyclable fire-retardant putty comprises the steps of: mixing a viscous resin liquid with a viscosity modifier to control the viscosity of a resin; adding a flame retardant to a resin in which viscosity is controlled and also adding dispersing agents; adding a heat resistant agent and a smoke reducer to the resultant; adding sodium phosphate(dibasic) to the resultant of the low smoking step to induce phosphorylation; and adding color dyes to the resultant of phosphorylation and controlling the color.
