PURPOSE: A vein pattern image recognizing device and a controlling method thereof are provided to prevent diffused reflection due to an LED by passing a camera signal through a hall between infrared LEDs. ;CONSTITUTION: A camera(110) photographs the vein pattern of the back of the hand through a hall(132). An infrared filter(120) is located between the camera and the hall and filters infrared rays. An infrared LED(130) is located between the camera and a touch sensor(150). The touch sensor is located between a protection glass(140) and a plastic wrist stopper(141). The touch sensor is installed on a knuckle guide(151) in contact with a middle finger.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
