PURPOSE: An omni-directional electric fan having a function of blowing hot air is provided to uniformly send air in four directions. ;CONSTITUTION: An omni-directional electric fan having a function of blowing hot air comprises a stand(10), a motor(20), a central axis(32), a vertical blade unit(30), a protecting net and a heat radiating unit(50). The stand comprises a control unit. The motor is installed on the stand to make a motor axis perpendicular to the ground. The motor is controlled by the control unit. A plurality of through holes are formed on the side of a hollow cylindrical shape of a central axis. The vertical blade unit is formed by a plurality of vertical blades, which are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the central axis at regular intervals.
