PURPOSE: A hard coating film and a hard coating agent are provided to ensure a curling phenomenon of 0 to 20 mm while maintaining a pencil hardness of 3H or greater, to secure excellent scratch resistance, and to prevent a rainbow phenomenon. ;CONSTITUTION: A hard coating film has the curling height of more than 0 and less than 20mm and a pencil hardness is 3H or greater. The hard coating film includes a hard coating agent consisting of hyperbranched (meth)acrylate oligomers, reactive nanoparticles, and polyfunctional monomers. The number of (meth)acrylate functional groups of the hyperbranched (meth)acrylate oligomers is 21-200.
