PURPOSE: A cross-tie welding method and a structure for cross-tie welding work are provided to shorten waiting time of welding work since welding work is performed while a cross tie conveniently rotates to a position needed for each step of the welding work. ;CONSTITUTION: A structure for cross-tie welding work comprises a cross-tie coupling plate(110) and a cross-tie support(150). The cross-tie coupling plate is coupled to both ends of the cross-tie in a tack welding state and comprises a plurality of fastening holes(123). The cross-tie support is installed to be separated from both ends of the cross-tie. The cross-tie support comprises a rotating shaft(151) and connects a steel bar(140) to the fastening hole and the rotating shaft. The cross-tie support supports the cross-tie in a state of pulling and raising the cross-tie with the steel bar. The cross-tie support rotates the cross-tie.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
