PURPOSE: A method for directly measuring intracellular activity of a bioactive substance using a silicon nanowire is provided to measure enzyme activity without damage to cells. ;CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring intracellular activity of a bioactive substance comprises: a step of culturing cells together with a nanowire substrate to prepare cell-fixed nanowire substrate; a step of fixing a target material of the bioactive substance onto the nanowire to prepare target material-fixed nanowire substrate; a step of contacting the cell-fixed surface and target material-fixed surface and culturing; and a step of measuring reaction or reaction level of the target material. The angle between the nanowire and the substrate is 45-90 degrees. The nanowire is formed of silicone(Si), ZnO, GaAs, InP, InAs, Ni, Pt, Au, SiO2, TiO2, or carbon.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
