PURPOSE: A method for specifically expressing a target gene in a plant using a promoter is provided to produce plants of high value added. ;CONSTITUTION: A Brassica campestris L. anthesis regulatory BrFLC gene group has one DNA of sequence numbers 1, 2, and 3. A primer for gate way vector recombinant contains a pair of DNAs of sequence numbers 4 and 5, 6 and 7, and 8 and 9. A vector for gene expression contains a promoter having one DNA sequence of sequence numbers 1, 2, and 3. A gene is expressed in hypocotyl, stigma, and pollen by transforming a plant with an expression vector containing a promoter sequence of sequence number 1.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
