摘要

PURPOSE: A bearings estimation method of objects and a terminal therefor are provided to estimate bearings of an object in a camera of a current terminal with use of an acceleration sensor function and a GPS function, and to have no need to mount an expensive compass sensor to the terminal. ;CONSTITUTION: In order to film the other party on a terminal based on the user location, a rotation sensor(150) analyzes images recorded by a second camera between a first camera located in one surface of the terminal and the second camera located on opposite side of the first camera, and senses rotations. If rotation movements are sensed by the rotation sensor, an acceleration measurement part(160) measures an acceleration as to left/right movements of the terminal, converts the acceleration into a transfer distance, and then calculates a rotation distance of the left/right directions. A bearings estimating unit(170) predicts the bearings by using an initial bearings measured through the GPS included in the terminal and the rotation distance of the left/right directions measured by the acceleration measurement part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
