PURPOSE: An antenna apparatus for a laptop computer is provided to form an impedance matching unit in a diversity antenna, thereby securing a high separation degree of the diversity antenna and main antenna regardless of a separation distance between main antennas. ;CONSTITUTION: An antenna(300) for a laptop computer includes a first antenna unit(310), a second antenna unit(320), and a supporting unit(330). A first coupling unit is formed in one side and lower side of the supporting unit. A first radiation pattern and a second radiation pattern are formed in an upper surface of the first antenna unit. A second coupling unit combined with the first coupling unit is formed in a lower surface of the supporting unit. A third coupling unit combined with the first coupling unit of one side of the supporting unit is formed in one side of the second antenna unit. The second antenna unit combines with the first antenna unit in a vertical direction. A matching unit acts as impedance by placing ends of the first radiation pattern and second radiation pattern in a discrete way with a predetermined distance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
