PURPOSE: An air cleaning device having cooling, heating and dehumidifying functions is provided to reduce energy by minimizing the amount of ventilation. ;CONSTITUTION: An air cleaning device having cooling, heating and dehumidifying functions comprises a heating cycle, a dehumidifying cycle, and a cooling cycle. The heating cycle is to circulate a refrigerant to a compressor(5), a sub condenser(4), and a sub-cooler(2). The dehumidifying cycle is to circulate refrigerant to the compressor, the sub condenser, and the evaporator.
