PARKING AND ENTRANCE AND EXIT SECURITY MANAGING SYSTEM AND APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A parking and entrance/exit security management system and method are provided to control entrance and exit to a building within a parking lot through a parking card issued in the entrance and exit of the parking lot. CONSTITUTION: A smart card issuing unit(11) issues a smart card to vehicles(10) going in and out to a parking lot. A smart card collector(17) collects the smart card from the vehicle going out from the parking lot. A vehicle information management server(30) manages the smart card. A first smart card reader(23) reads out the smart card information of an adjacent smart card. A management computer(40) determines the entry of a vehicle according to the confirmation of the read smart card information.
