PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a valve socket for maintaining airtightness and a valve socket using the same are provided to prevent a water leakage of gas or liquid by filling a synthetic resin with gap between an O-ring and groove and maintaining a compressive force between the synthetic resin and O-ring. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method comprises the following steps. A metal nipple body(210) is formed and a pipe port is connected with an inlet hole(211) and outlet hole of a valve socket through a connection portion(215) of a metal nipple body. In order that the O-ring(300) is inserted into the end part of the outer circumference of the nipple main body, one or more grooves(230) are formed and the metal nipple(200) is completed. The elasticity O-ring is inserted in the groove of the metal nipple. The valve socket is completed by injecting a melted synthetic resin to the metal nipple.
