PURPOSE: A lactic acid bacteria fermented beverage using aralia cordata, and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent disease caused by oxidative stresses. ;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a lactic acid bacteria fermented beverage using aralia cordata comprises the following steps: injecting a lactic acid bacteria starter cultivated in an MRS culture medium into a dilute solution of an aralia cordata extract; and fermenting the mixture for 24~48hours at 33~37deg C. The aralia cordata extract is obtained by mixing the aralia cordata with brown sugar, and extracting the mixture in an aerobic state.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
