PURPOSE: A reinforcing member, a reinforced concrete structure using the same, and a construction method thereof are provided to minimize the risk of partial or complete breakdown of a building caused by explosion or abnormal load. ;CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing member(30) formed in the junction of a reinforced concrete structure comprises a plate(310) and a bolt member(320). The plate has a plurality of through holes and is attached to the junction.
