摘要

PURPOSE: A non-ferrous metallic material having a surface alloy layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce surface defects by forming an alloy layer on the surface of a non-ferrous metallic base and enhance fatigue strength and surface hardness. ;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a non-ferrous metallic material having a surface alloy layer is as follows. A non-ferrous metallic base is prepared(S10). A globular short ball made of a zinc material with hardness lower than the base is provided(S20). The globular short ball is sprayed to the surface of the base at pressure of 0.1~0.4 MPa(Mega Pascal)(S30). The globular short ball is coupled to the surface particles of the base, a physical structure changes and thus a surface alloy layer with a fine crystal grain structure is formed from the surface of the base(S40).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
