STANDARD BOM STRUCTURE AUTO GENERATION METHOD

PURPOSE: An automatic generation method of a standard BOM structure is provided to preliminary BOM for design plan using master BOM. CONSTITUTION: A target reference ship is designated. A target project is extracted. The target project is selected in a master BOM(Bill Of Material) existing in PLM(Product Lifecycle Management)/ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning). A design BOM is additionally configured in a ship BOM on the basis of extracted data. A pending item including an attribute value is created in the lower part of the design BOM configured with reference to the extracted data. The number of the configured project BOM is collectively collected and reflected to PLM. Related information is transmitted to TPI(Tribon PLM Interface).
