PURPOSE: A handwriting animation message transfer unit and a method thereof are provided to transmit a handwriting animation by formally changing a format for a format type that is supported by a receiving side of a mobile terminal. ;CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal profile DB(415) stores one or more information at the receiving side of the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal profile DB transmits the one or more information about the receiving side of the mobile terminal on request. A controller(411) receives the handwriting animation message from a transmission side of the mobile terminal. The controller extracts the one or more information from the receiving side of the mobile terminal by controlling a profile data base of the mobile terminal.
