PURPOSE: A sensitivity model device and the activity decision method of the sensibility model device are provided to offer a sensitivity system having a sensitivity status similar to the human by configuring affective components on the basis of trait, attribute, emotion and mood. CONSTITUTION: A sensitivity information storage unit(201) stores first to fourth affective components. The first affective component is corresponded to a part on a sensitivity plane defined on the basis of an input distinction and a change cycle. The second affective component has relatively larger input distinction than the first affective component. An action decision unit(204) decides the action of a sensitivity model device.
