PURPOSE: A method for purifying high level waste from high energy radiation facility to middle level waste is provided to prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: In a multi-stage counter-current hull electrorefining process, nuclide and zirconium metal included in coating materials and hull are separated in a first molten salt two or more times. In a ternary salt purification process, the nuclide separated from the first molten salt is reduced to liquid metal. In a selective oxidation process, the nuclide reduced to the liquid metal is collected by using the contact reaction between a second molten salt and the liquid metal.
