PURPOSE: A hi-pass terminal unit equipped with a room mirror for a vehicle is provided to reduce the entire volume of the front cover and the each other coupled case by installing a front cover of the room mirror in the front side of the case as one body and reducing the rear cover of the room mirror.;CONSTITUTION: A hi-pass terminal unit equipped with a room mirror for a vehicle comprises a high-pass card(HC), a case(110), a terminal module(120), and a clamp. The existing room mirror(10) is installed in the front side of the case. The case has a card inlet hole(112) and operating button(114). The card inlet hole is formed in one side. The high-pass card puts into in the card inlet hole. The terminal module is built in the case. The terminal module comprises a card holder(122) and a circuit board(124). The card holder accepts the high-pass card. The circuit board is controlled by the operating button of the case. Because the circuit board is connected to the high-pass card accepted to the card holder, the circuit board transmits and receives the information of the high-pass card in the gantry.
